Our ALS Care Locator can help patients find healthcare providers and infusion centers.
Find Treatment Providers
This search tool can help patients locate healthcare providers (HCPs)a (see footnote) and infusion centers that treat ALS. The ALS Care Locator may help them find neurologists and other HCPs, some of whom have submitted at least one Benefit Investigation and Enrollment Form to Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma America, Inc. through the JourneyMate Support Program™ for RADICAVA ORS® (edaravone) and RADICAVA® (edaravone) IV.
The tool includes centers which include, among others, ALS Association (ALSA) clinics, Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) centers, and the Les Turner ALS Center at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. They may also search for infusion service providers who have experience administering RADICAVA ORS® and RADICAVA® IV. There are various types of infusion service providers. Infusion centers listed in the directory are not affiliated with Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma America, Inc. and do not pay to be in the list. No fees or remuneration of any kind have been or will be exchanged for the participation in the ALS Care Locator. Inclusion of an infusion center in the ALS Care Locator does not constitute a referral, recommendation, endorsement, or verification of credentials, qualifications, or abilities of the infusion center listed. Similarly, the absence of an infusion center's name and information should not be construed as a negative comment from Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma America, Inc. about the infusion center's credentials, qualifications, or abilities.

Enroll Your Medical Practice For Our ALS Care Locator
Our ALS Care Locator is designed to make it easier for the ALS community to find neurologists and other HCPs (healthcare providers) who can treat ALS.
Please note this sign up is for HCPs wishing to enroll their medical practices only. If you would like to enroll your infusion provider, you can do so here.
Patients can use the ALS Care Locator by simply entering their location, and they will be provided with a list of HCPs and details of their practices, including their address, phone number, proximity, and whether they have experience prescribing RADICAVA ORS® and RADICAVA® IV.
Once enrolled, your practice information will be publicly available on RADICAVA.com.
